Yes. Test keys and the test wallet use the same v2 shapes as live mode while keeping funds and orders isolated.
The wallet is deducted atomically when a valid delivery quote is converted into an order. A failed transaction does not create the order.
Product reads are aggregated during the day and settled later as a single wallet entry, reducing checkout and catalogue contention.
Use the same idempotency key for the same intended checkout. Shioja returns the original result instead of charging the order twice.
