Shioja processes account, application, product-usage, order, delivery, wallet, support, and technical information required to operate the service. Customer delivery information is used to validate, price, and fulfil orders.

We use information to provide and secure the platform, authenticate requests, process orders, reconcile wallets, deliver operational events, support users, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, payment, communications, analytics, and fulfilment providers where necessary to deliver the service. Information shared with providers is limited to the relevant operating purpose.

Security and retention

We use access controls, versioned APIs, protected credentials, signed webhooks, and operational monitoring. No internet system is risk-free. We retain information for operational, legal, reconciliation, and security requirements.
